Great news from @Ethan Simons and @Andy Monroe, the event management rockstars from Bullish Events who are working hard behind the scenes with Goose and the Skool IRL team... Our Skool IRL: LA venue has been locked in! We're heading to DTLA for Day 1 of this event on October 4th! Our venue is right around the corner from the Staples Center and LA Convention Center! Plan on arriving there at 11am, and we'll jump right in! To get the exact address, lock in your tickets in the classroom (in the Skool IRL: LA community) Remember, VIP day will be at SKOOL HQ the following day, October 5th. During VIP day we will work with our co-hosts and dive into your business constraints... You don't want to miss this 🤩 Check out the venue tho 👀 Formal co-host announcements coming soon... Ever Had One of Those Days?
Today I spent 4 hours trying to edit a video. I ended up with nothing. I don’t know if it’s a laptop, internet / wifi, or platform issue. I almost had a melt down but decided to walk away instead. My world will not collapse if I don’t upload a video today. Breathe… But a short I uploaded last night had 1.1 k views when I got up this morning. Might not seem like a lot to some of you but it was HUGE for me! I’ll take 1100 for the WIN 🥰

🔥 10/10 10 (October) Challenge🔥
Hey guys! Join me on this very first challenge organized by me which I call "10/10 10 (October) Challenge". This challenge is mainly done in my community, the Soft Soulful Survivor, but I also will be posting the progress here in The HuRU Crew (please allow me @Brennan Thompson and @Shannon Koss 😁). The idea is, for the whole month of October, we challenge ourselves to feel 10/10 every day by committing to these 10 small but powerful habits everyday. By the end of the week, we will do reflections on how these habits affect our life. So, if you are ready, here are the 10 habits to follow: 1️⃣10 minutes of movement (walk, stretch, workout) 2️⃣10 minutes of learning (read, podcast, course) 3️⃣10 minutes of journaling or reflection 4️⃣10 minutes of mindfulness (meditation, prayer, deep breathing) 5️⃣10 healthy food choices (swap junk with nourishing options) 6️⃣10 glasses of water 7️⃣10 compliments / gratitude notes (to self or others) 8️⃣10 minutes of connection (with family/friends/yourself) 9️⃣10 affirmations or positive thoughts 1️⃣0️⃣10 minutes of winding down (stretch, gratitude, prayer, or light reading) This challenge starts by Oct 1st until 31st October.
