I’m an Award-nominated, Bipolar Speculative Fiction Playwright from Boston.
Hyena Poetry is home to my IP (especially The Horsemen Cometh) and a community for BIPOC speculative fiction and anime fans. Not BIPOC? You’re still welcome to the cookout (just don’t tell Lashawn).
We run on a reinvestment flywheel:
Memberships fund IP → IP builds brand → brand drives demand → demand increases budgets → profits get reinvested into better content and more opportunities for us.
In short: we grow, then pour it back into us.

As we scale, the Classroom becomes a pipeline where top creators are selected to develop full-length stageplays, animation, and music videos to grow their IP.
