I am after advice about structuring for property investing. I have seen from multiple people strategies about minimising debt in your own name and using vehicles like companies and trusts, but I don't know where to start? What is the process of this? Go to an accountant first or mortgage broker first? Has anyone been through this process before and willing to tell their experience?
