My 1st PPL purchase ($24 ISTL sales lead) was for a small 480sf single family but the seller is a tired landlord and said he is ready to unload his entire 21 unit portfolio consisting of single and multi family. He said that everything is free and clear, so the 1st thing that popped in my head was SELLER FINANCE but I have never pitched it before and I'm a little overwhelmed by the idea of it considering I'm still an REI child. Any advice?
