Curious to hear from everyone here… did you jump into wholesaling mainly for quick cash or because you wanted to use it as a launchpad for bigger investments? For me, it was about creating active income I could funnel into other projects (I like having multiple plays going at once). Where’s your focus,...short-term deals or long-term wealth building?
