Make Dispo easy if you’re new. No cash buyers needed.

If you’re new to wholesaling and don’t know how or where to find cash buyers, save yourself the work in the beginning. You have 3 good options where you don’t need a single cash buyer yourself: Max Disp(Max), Sell My Paper(Zach Ginn), and Buy Box Cartel(Richard Taylor).

If you can lock up the deals, just pick one of them and let them sell it for you and split the profit. Easy. Cash Buyers are a pain in the ass anyway most of the time. Make sure you check their “buy box” requirements first so you know what their buyers are looking for. This way you only get properties you know they want. Anyway, hope this helps someone.
