Hey everyone! I’m Marc, jumping in here because I’m diving deep into wholesaling and want to connect with people actually doing this business every day.

A little about me:👉 I’m focusing on land/infill lots (but open to learning about houses too).👉 My goal is to lock in my first consistent deals this quarter.👉 Biggest challenge right now: Overthinking Market selection and staying consistant with marketing.
