He wouldn’t e-sign
I just went into a guy that was going to sell me his house. The price was asking for it was actually considerably less than ARV leaving room for everyone to profit, but he’s in another state and he refuse to sign via someone that texted him. He has to do it in person. What should I do if this happens again?
