Good leads won't close
So I've been focusing on finding highly motivated sellers (i have)
These are either pre-probates, tired landlords (some with tenant's already occupying the property, paying rent)
Some asking below market (slightly older - assumed)
But i haven't been able to get them on the phone. I've been trying to set up a US number, Google Voice isn't available in South Africa.
I managed to get a few on WhatsApp but I'm seeing the idea of being randomly texted and called on WhatsApp by a foreign number wanting to buy your house seems quite off putting. I legit have not enough for an e-sim.
I'd appreciate some words/ suggestions
