I'm Henry. I run Baking Great Bread at Home on Facebook, a community of about 50,000 home bakers. Sourdough is my thing. Has been for years. I found Skool because I wanted something different. Facebook is great for reach but terrible for depth. Things move too fast. Good conversations get buried. I wanted a place where people actually learn together, not just scroll past each other.
What I'm about:
I believe perfection is not required. I've seen too many people quit because their first loaf wasn't Instagram-worthy. That's not what this is about. It's about getting your hands in dough, learning from your mistakes, and baking bread that feeds people.
