Going to make my first bake,
I apologize that I have not been posting, but that flu really got me good. I got really really sick and now I’m just starting to get my voice back. I’m starting to feel a little better. I wanted to make bagels but I don’t have other ingredients for it so I’ll wait on that. I’m just gonna do something simple. I’m not sure yet. Maybe I’ll do a sourdough bread. I don’t know. I can see the bubbles popping on top of the sourdough like it’s alive
