Scam Alert
Marcin, I have important info for your members here on this group.
There was a guy here offering his services as a private lender. ( Scam Alert )
Andy Kaene Better Loans, LLC out of Washington State, Alexander Taub with Title Escrow, Inc out of Florida and Frank Barnes on the Better Loans, LLC all a part of a scam offering private money loans and at the very last minute asking for fees to be paid upfront and then before funding using Title Escrow, Inc to come up with all kinds of excuses to get more money of of you never funding the loan. We have attorney general invoice from 3 different states and the FBI online Scam and Fraud dep involve as well.
Please forward and plater this info in all social media platforms so no one else will get scam by this people
