Hello all, Justin Spillers here, the co-founder of Real Estate Alpha. I’m a former real estate attorney, and my partner, Brandon, was previously a mechanical engineer.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a portfolio of 600+ multifamily units by keeping our approach simple. We buy properties in great areas at a low price point, complete all renovations ourselves and increase their value through speed and execution. We’re deeply rooted in our communities and pride ourselves in a flawless track record with our investors.
We’ve just opened a Preferred Equity Fund, where a few select investors can earn a 12% fixed return with a 90-day call option and significant tax advantages, all backed by our portfolio.
