Aloha! I found Jill’s post on another investors insta and saw some of her videos. Had to add her cause I’m in Utah about once or twice a week. I go by Heo from Hawaii and I’m always stoked to learn more about being able to leverage anything and everything!
** I’m currently doing rental arbitrage in Hawaii/ Utah. Focus is midterm renting. Trying to learn more about leveraging OPM and transition into Subto or seller financed properties. In hopes to start lending out other people!
