@Bill Welch that’s where I live. I grew up here. I have a few rentals but they are currently full. Let me know when you’d are thinking of moving and I’ll ask around. We know w few people who have rentals here!

, I'll ask around. You want to stay on the north end of town. That would be anything north from Research up. We live in the Black Forest, which is snuggled between Monument and Colorado Springs, giving us direct access to Denver and CS as we are in the middle of both. We also have a few acres and a unique front-range view.
