If I don't have enough artworks currently, or even if I do but don't have the panels drawn out yet, how could I create promotional material to attract social media audience for my comic ?

Hey all, I've spent some time trying to figure out what exactly sells comics so that I could put together more content that readers would be interested in. Comic festivals were the most interesting place to observe why readers picked up and ultimately bought a book. So, I put together a short video of my observations. I would love to hear your thoughts on what you think is effective in selling comics.
