There may be something in our psyche that makes us believe we aren't worthy of the goals/dreams we have. Let's take a peek at these top 5 questions: 1. Energy Leaks ⚡ What activities leave you feeling drained, foggy, or ashamed even though they gave short-term relief? 2. Avoidance Behaviors 👻 What’s the one thing you know would move your life/business forward, but you keep “busy” with something else instead? 3. Identity vs. Actions 😶‍🌫️ Do your daily actions line up with the person you want to become? Or do you sometimes act in ways the “future you” wouldn’t? 4. Commitment Check ✅ Do you set goals and quietly renegotiate with yourself when they get uncomfortable? 5. Addiction to Comfort 😴 Are you choosing easy dopamine (porn, junk food, scrolling, video games) over hard dopamine (progress, discipline, creation)? Do you feel like these struck a chord? Let's do a deep dive and bring those internal thoughts to the surface. In order to become who we need to be, we need to shed the outdates version of who we are.
