I am generally pretty diligent with my sleep schedule. But over the last week, it's been terrible with all the sirens going off.
So, my Oura ring is now showing me a sleep debt of 5h20m 🤦🏻♀️
On the one hand, keeping your schedule is important. But on the other hand, I want to get rid of the debt - I hate debts 🤑
- shall I worry about the debt?
- if so, what's the best way to get it down?
