Hello crew, I'm new here, so just popping by to say hello and have a poke around the classroom. I've been on a massive journey of discovery over the past 2 years which has included shedding 40+ kg, back to my former glory (!), finding huge changes in health, movement, inflammation, chronic pain and even massive changes to what was named permanent disability. Protocols for longevity is very suited to where I'm at right now. What are your stories?? I'm so keen to hear.
