How You Actually Want Support This Year
A new year can quietly reactivate old regrets, decisions made in survival, and versions of yourself that did the best they could with limited capacity.
Writing Exercise:
Place a hand on the body where tension showed up while writing and name one word that feels supportive right now.
Examples: permission, rest, steadiness, softness, ease, compassion, grace, truth.
Forget resolutions. Let’s talk about support.
  • What kind of support do you need this year that you did not receive last year?
  • What kind of support are you no longer available for?
  • What does “being held” look like for you now, not five years ago?
