Your body is carrying more than you know.
The fatigue that rest doesn't fix. The grief that resurfaces without warning. The tightness in your chest you've learned to ignore. The sense that you've been holding something — for a long time — and you're finally tired of the weight. That is not weakness. That is your body asking for your attention. For empaths, sensitives, and healers, this season of life can feel especially heavy. You're not only processing your own emotions — you're often carrying what belongs to others without realizing it. In this post, I'm sharing what somatic healing actually means, what may be coming up for you right now, and seven gentle tools to help you release, let go, and protect your energy. You were not meant to hold all of this alone. 🤍 Read the full post attached below.

New Year 7-day Rest and Renewal Invitation
January is not meant to be rushed. It is a quieter month, one that naturally invites reflection, rest, and stillness before momentum returns. Renewal is about giving yourself permission to pause. To notice what the past season required of you. To acknowledge what feels complete and what is still settling. This is not the time to push, reinvent, or demand clarity. It is a time to listen. To allow your body, mind, and nervous system to catch up. In this space, you are invited to slow your pace, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with what brings ease rather than pressure. There is no expectation to arrive with answers. Awareness is enough. Renewal begins in stillness. From there, clarity follows in its own time. Click the link to guide you through this journey. There are prompts for reflective writing ✍️ and practice for calming your nervous system🦋. Leave a comment and let me know your thoughts. How You Actually Want Support This Year
A new year can quietly reactivate old regrets, decisions made in survival, and versions of yourself that did the best they could with limited capacity. Writing Exercise: Place a hand on the body where tension showed up while writing and name one word that feels supportive right now. Examples: permission, rest, steadiness, softness, ease, compassion, grace, truth. Forget resolutions. Let’s talk about support. - What kind of support do you need this year that you did not receive last year? - What kind of support are you no longer available for? - What does “being held” look like for you now, not five years ago?
