Passion of cookingCooking isn’t just something I do for work, it’s something that keeps me grounded. When I’m in the kitchen, everything else kind of fades out. The stress, the noise, the outside world, it all quiets down, and it’s just me, the food, and the moment. What I love most about cooking is that it’s creative but also disciplined. You can follow a recipe, but at some point, you start trusting your instincts. You learn timing, patience, and how small details can completely change the outcome. That’s something I’ve carried outside the kitchen too. Cooking also means connection. Every dish tells a story, where it came from, who taught you, or who you’re cooking for. There’s something powerful about watching someone take a bite and knowing you created that moment for them. It’s one of the few ways you can make someone feel cared for without saying a word. For me, cooking isn’t just a skill, it’s a passion, a release, and honestly, a part of who I am. It’s where I feel most confident, most focused, and most myself. And that’s why cooking will always matter to me.
