For those of you relocating to buy a home (as I did), you can try out this prompt in ChatGPT (changing text in stars to suit you).
List towns where can I get a *3 bedroom house* within *45 minuet commute* to *London Paddington* for *£350,000* that has *green spaces, nice restaurants, good schools* and is likely to go up in value between *2026 and 2030*
