THE PREMIUM GUARANTEE
Do the work and your stack isn't in production within 30 days? I refund your first month.
"In production" means all six of these are done:
→ n8n on your own hardware or VPS, on Postgres, on a pinned version
→ External task runners working, and a Code node that runs
→ HTTPS on a real domain, behind a reverse proxy
→ A local model answering through Ollama
→ Nightly backups, and one test restore actually done
→ Your encryption key stored somewhere that is not the server
The conditions: post your setup in Help within your first 7 days, come to at least 2 live calls, work through the list and post where you get stuck, and claim by day 30. If you did all that and you are still not running, that is on me.
Annual members: claim within 30 days of purchase and get the unused whole months back.
Everything in the Classroom was built and run before it was written. The compose files, the workflow exports and the version numbers are the ones that actually worked.
THREE THINGS TO DO NOW
First — work through the four free courses, in this order: Docker and Self-Hosting Essentials, Portainer and Dockge, Cloudflare, DNS and Security, then Local LLMs with Ollama. Finish them and you have a homelab running local AI.
Second — post in Help and tell me what you are running and what broke most recently. Copy this and fill it in:
What you run (tool and version):
What you are building right now:
What is currently broken:
That last line is the useful one. "n8n 2.38 in Docker on a Hetzner box, queue mode will not start" tells me far more than "hi, I'm into automation" — and it usually gets you an answer in the same thread.
Third — come to Weekly accountability on Monday morning. It is on the Calendar. Bring whatever is stuck.
WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS
Post it in Help with your compose file (secrets removed), the exact command you ran, and the output. You get a real answer from me, not a bot. That is the whole deal.
