Where things stand, and what is coming. The Roadmap link in the sidebar opens the full version on the site; this post is the same picture in the feed, so you can ask about any of it in the comments. I keep it current instead of promising dates I cannot keep.
WHAT IS LIVE NOW: 33 free courses, in six tracks.
n8n (4): self-hosting from a laptop container to a production server running queue mode, workflow foundations, AI agents, plus Activepieces and Windmill compared honestly against it.
AI and Claude Code (4): Claude Code with MCP servers and subagents, local models with Ollama, Open WebUI and LiteLLM, vector search with Qdrant and Weaviate.
Data (6): Postgres, Supabase and NocoDB, Notion, Airtable and Google Workspace, Directus and Baserow, Metabase, MinIO, PocketBase and Appwrite.
Infrastructure (7): Docker and self-hosting, Cloudflare, Portainer and Dockge, Grafana with Prometheus and Loki, Authentik and Keycloak, Vaultwarden and Nextcloud, Plausible and Umami.
Code and shipping (4): Python and Go for the parts that need real code. Git and GitHub Actions, Gitea and Woodpecker for the parts that need shipping.
Apps and business (8): Retool, ToolJet, Bubble and Glide, Stripe, email and newsletters, Listmonk, Strapi, Typebot and Chatwoot, Cal.com and Documenso, and a course on choosing what to build on.
Every lesson names the exact versions it was tested on, ships the compose file and the workflow export that actually ran, and has a Common problems section for the things that genuinely go wrong. All of it was built and run before it was written.

WHAT IS COMING
Monthly live builds. One real system built end to end, questions as we go. The recording stays in the classroom.
Course updates as tools ship breaking changes. n8n and Claude Code both move fast, and a lesson that was right in September is not automatically right in December. The version numbers in each lesson are how you tell.
More screenshots and worked examples in the courses that still lean on prose where a screenshot would be faster.
WHAT I AM NOT GOING TO DO
Promise dates I cannot keep. The last roadmap did exactly that and it aged badly. If you want something covered, say so in the comments and you will get an honest answer about whether it is on the list.
