About a month ago, I had a chance to hop on a call with a Meta representative from Southeast Asia (since I’m based here). She shared a few tips on how to grow more effectively on Instagram and I thought I'd share them here:
1. Consistency isn’t just about how often you post—it’s also about what you post.If you’re posting reels on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and then a carousel on Thursday, try to follow that same format every week. Instagram favors pattern and rhythm.
2. Don’t delete underperforming posts too quickly. Most content still gets shared or picked up three days after it’s posted. What looks quiet on Day 1 could quietly blow up by Day 4.
3. Reels are still your best bet for reach. If growth is your goal, lean into them. They're currently the most effective format to attract new eyes to your page.
4. Reply to comments and dm. It's not just about being kind—it’s about being visible. Engagement tells the algorithm you’re active, responsive, and building community.

Hope this helps you out as much as it helped me. If you're experimenting with your own content rhythm right now, I’d love to hear what’s working for you too. Let’s grow together. 🚀
