What an incredible week inside our DreamBuilder coaching sessions!
We had a powerful conversation around a question that so many people quietly struggle with but don’t talk about:“How do you manifest big money if your nervous system isn’t ready for it?”
Here’s the truth that a lot of those clickbait videos won’t tell you — many of us (not all, but many) need to go up the ladder 🪜
✨ Imagine this: you’ve never made more than $3,000 a month and now you’re declaring you want to manifest $83,333 a month (that’s $1 million a year). That’s a beautiful, bold goal — but if you grew up in a home where money was scarce or inconsistent, your nervous system might actually get overwhelmed by the idea of holding that kind of wealth.
So how do we expand into it while honoring where we are?
Start taking steps up the ladder 🪜.
1️⃣S tart by asking yourself: How would it feel to make $5,000 a month? Notice how your body responds.
2️⃣ Take a stip up the ladder and move it to $10,000. Still feel good? Keep going.
Your body will let you know when you’ve hit the edge of what it currently feels safe to hold.
The key: You go there in your mind first. You become the person who is already earning that amount — how they talk, how they think, how they move, how they carry themselves.
3️⃣ When you get comfortable there, raise the number again (this could happen in a few days, weeks or it may take a bit longer (depending on how stubborn that paradigm of your is!).
You may not see it in your bank account instantly — that’s The Law of Gestation in action — but as you fully embody it internally, you’ll begin to notice opportunities, synchronicities, and resources flowing to you in ways you couldn’t have planned.
Manifestation isn’t just about mindset — it’s about nervous system regulation and becoming the version of you who can comfortably hold what you desire.
