Today is Day 3 of our group Manifestation Activation!!! Let's talk about one of the most powerful steps in manifestation is awareness: tuning in to our inner dialogue—our thoughts, emotions, and patterns—and asking ourselves: 🤔 Is this coming from my old self… or my future self?
To truly create a new reality, we must let go of the emotional habits that have kept us stuck: fear, anger, anxiety, self-doubt, victimhood. These are the signatures of the old self—and they cannot come with us into our next level.
Instead, we choose to embody new states of being:✨ Joy✨ Gratitude✨ Confidence✨ Abundance✨ Health✨ Wealth
It all begins with noticing.
Notice when you’re slipping into an old pattern—and gently redirect your focus to how your future self would think, feel, and act. Would she dwell in fear, or walk in faith? Would she spiral in anxiety, or breathe into trust?
