🦃 A Thanksgiving Letter to Every Woman in Hormonal Transition “We are not broken. We are protecting our peace.” We are in the season of giving… but when hormones are shifting, our capacity changes. Does anyone else hear their phone ring and instantly get tired? Like my nervous system says: “Nope. We’re not doing this.” I don’t care who’s calling — I’m going to stare at it until it stops ringing. So if I don’t answer? 👉 Just text me. Talking requires too many hormones.
