⭐ Day 5 of The Tempting of Jesus Devotional
One of the most underrated parts of Jesus’ story is that long season before His public ministry ever started.
At twelve years old, Jesus wasn’t lost.
He wasn’t confused.
He wasn’t drifting.
He was found exactly where He belonged.
Before the baptism.
Before the wilderness.
Before the temptations.
Jesus already knew who His Father was and what His life was centered on.
And that matters, because temptation doesn’t hit people the same way when their identity is already rooted.
Most people wait until pressure shows up to figure out who they are.
Jesus knew long before the pressure came.
So the real question today isn’t about temptation yet.
It’s about where you naturally drift when nobody is watching.
