Trusted circles..
Now creating the circle of trust and the benefits through my eyes and how powerful i found it , that only safe place i sort the fire , the inner strength . i for the last time ,yes ive hit that floor burned ,destroyed broken gave up , even has a mum felt worthless and i was literally turned into ashes thousand of tiny broken burned ashes and amazingly as broken as i was a fire lit and i held my own hand , showed up for myself and now im ready , and im guna be that face because in reality y cant be taught abuse and gain a certificate at the end , but what i can so is explain now why the circle of trust is vital for that private healing ,survivors, even those still in but cant find a way listen i know , but somehow that pain that horrid feeling in the pit of ya stomach but that suddenly after baby steps 'never run, before you can walk' begins to transform a inner strength , embrace the new focus directing you to feeling that inner strength, the ability to open your experiences within that trusted circle, gaining and fostering a sense of belonging in the right way, empowering each other as individuals gaining that insight through the eyes of each body ,these connections it helps survivors reframe there own narratives.. moving from that victim hood the rising of the phenoix
