Hello yall, my name is Nick!

First would like to say that im excited to hopefully to get know everyone in the community ☺️, and excited to be here in holy living.

Alittle about myself, I was born and raised towards southeast Ohio in Bremen, fift generation of being raised in Bremen, bremen is an extremely small village. My parents divorced before I was 5. So a ton of going back and forth between house holds. Grew up in Christian house hold on both sides of the family. More so on my dad's side initially until mom found Christ. Both of my parents did eventually remarry and I was able to have step siblings out of that as a result. I was the only child.

Growing up, I always struggled with learning in school, was diagnosed with learning disability at a young age. But eventually when I had gotten to high school I found something that I was always good at, cross country running. The best year I had in running was in 8th grade, received quite a few metals that year.

After highschool, I eventually found a martial art called Wing chun (Bruce Lee's first martial art) absolutely fell head over heels for that martial art. My mom moved to Florida and one day when I was visiting with her, I decided that was going to look for schools for Wing Chun, I lucked out and found a school in fortmyers. I moved to Port Charlotte FL so that I could attend to the school in Fort Myers to learn Wing Chun. Had practiced Wing chun for 5 years. Mom had called me one day to say that she wanted to go to ohio and divorce my stepfather (he's a narcissist abuser).

That time frame was rough, lot of back and fourth to Florida and Ohio.

But found Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in rough of it all, been training Jiu-jitsu for last 3 years give or take. alittle bit later, I found Jesus again 🙌, after a very long hiatus. I finally had gotten serious about learning about Jesus and his love for us, while I was working private security, found a teacher on YouTube. I shortly after had gotten baptized, as of November 24th 2024.

Now im back here ohio waiting for the green light from Jesus so I can hopefully go back to training as a faithful fighter 👊🙌
