If you're new around here, you'll learn about Faith In Farms Recipe Club Freebie Fridays real quick. Every Friday, we share a free recipe from our club that supports local organic farmers. Each recipe was developed with nutrition in mind and many are even plant-based! It's a little thank you for being here, while helping your family build up a library of healthy home cooked goodness!
With that said, here's your recipe for the week!
Coffee Lovers Protein Shake (I can already imagine a pumpkin spice twist on this. )
½ banana
1 scoop (25g) vanilla plantbased protein powder
½ cup (120ml) almond milk, unsweetened
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) brewed coffee, room temperature
few ice cubes
What you need to do:
- Add all the ingredients, except for the ice, to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Now add the ice and blitz again. Serve immediately.
