I am a Holistic Health Coach, but what does that really mean?
For me, it means I’ve taken the time to dive into evidence-based training that looks at the real reasons behind why you feel the way you do—not just surface-level symptoms.
Here’s a little of what I’ve learned:
How mineral deficiencies can play a role in mood, memory, hormones, and energy
How to “listen” to the body’s signals—things like bloating, fatigue, or skin flare-ups—and trace them back to deeper imbalances
How to guide people through simple health evaluations that uncover what the body is truly missing.
Now, I’m not a doctor, but this certification has given me tools to help you connect the dots and finally get answers that make sense—so you can start moving toward lasting change.
