If you feel like things aren’t moving at the right pace...
If you feel unhappy with where you are in your current journey, it means you aren’t in alignment with your purpose.
Every living thing has a purpose, an unwritten manifesto.
  • Animals know their purpose.
  • Bees don’t need a manual to tell them to pollinate plants, create honey, and take care of the queen.
  • Birds don’t need a floor plan to build a nest, or a satnav to find food.
There’s no Costco in nature.They don’t need a nutritionist to tell them what to eat.
Humans, however, seem to be the only living beings with no clue how to navigate their experience on earth.
The truth is this comes from programming and brainwashing.The truth is embedded deep within us, in our DNA, in our gut, and in our mind’s eye.
This is exactly why there’s such an agenda to destroy ALL of these things:
  • Vaccines
  • Microplastics
  • Chemicals (chemtrails)
  • Endocrine disruptors
  • Pineal calcification
All delivered through the very things meant to sustain us daily.
Now, in response, we try to help ourselves by learning more, finding more, seeking more, and doing more.
All of us have tried that. That’s why you’re here.
But if you’re honest with yourself, seeking more information has only led to:
  • Burnout
  • Confusion
  • Physical exhaustion
  • Mental fatigue
  • Lack of clarity
What if the key to remembering and truly understanding was not to add more, but to remove, unlearn, and do less?
Strip back instead of learning more.Peel back the layers.Block out the noise.
So your spirit can speak clearly, and you can hear loudly.
That is the key. In this world, less is ALWAYS more.
The question is not “Am I doing enough?”The real question is:
  • “What do I need to remove?”
  • Not “How many more workouts do I need to add?”
  • But “Where can I create space for stillness and observance?”
  • “Where can I let my body rest and return to its parasympathetic state?”
A story…
My mother came to me today asking:
“What herb can you give me to feel energised? I have work to do but I just can’t seem to get started on it.”
As I went to my herb cabinet to find her something, I had a serious realisation.
I dropped the tincture I was going to give her (for reference, ginkgo biloba is a great study herb by the way).
I looked at her, and it’s like I could see the cogs turning in her brain. I could see the cloudiness, the confusion as to why she couldn’t step outside.
The sun rays poured in through my bedroom window.
I said:
“Take a walk, Mum. I have nothing to give you.”
The silence hit. And it was as if clarity returned to her immediately.
She said, “I took time off work and it feels like I’ve been so unproductive since then.”
Productivity is fake.
The world wants you to believe moving is everything.
Everybody is rushing to “go” and to “do.”But nobody is pausing to “be.”
We are not human goings.We are not human doings.We are human beings.
Our essence has been forgotten.
By taking our hands off the so-called wheel we think is steering our lives, we realign with our purpose and inner clarity.
There is indeed an inner knowing within ALL of us - of who we are and what we are.
The point of this post:
Create space for yourself.
Stop what you’re doing.Stop where you’re going.Stop what you’re eating.Stop what you’re training.
Make time to just sit, and be.
You don’t have to meditate. You don’t have to fast. You don’t have to do anything.
Just be.
Strip back on the supplements.Strip back on the fancy meals.Strip back on the fancy workouts.Just for a while.
If I were to label it for ease of understanding, I’d say:
  • Spend at least 24 hours fruit fasting (or feasting).
  • Train only with your bodyweight.
  • Make time for daily mobility.
  • Journal.
  • Find stillness in meditation and prayer.
  • Focus on who you are.
Observe what arises within you without judgment.Absorb the new information.Discard everything you realise no longer serves you - “good” or “bad.”
Because that is the Creator telling you who you are and what you need for this season.
