Practice Freedom
Abandon theories, logical systems just practice active love. Love is not a state, not a feeling but an active frequency of creation itself. Freedom comes through love. Be aware and stay in that frequency, bring it in your behavior, activities, emotions, thoughts and state of existence.
Breathe in air.. breathe out anxiety
Breathe in air.. breathe out fears
Breathe in air.. breathe out doubts
Breathe in air.. breathe out negativity
Keep breathing in and out .. until you have nothing left to breathe out. Letting go is the exercise to freedom.
