Classes focusing on building core strength, improving flexibility and mobility, and achieving better posture through yoga. In this vinyasa/ashtanga inspired class, we will be moving slowly from one posture to another while syncing breath to movement, activating core to build mobility, flexibility and strength. This is an all levels class, and will incorporate more advanced poses with modifications offered.

A slow-paced style of yoga in a dimly lit and meditative environment with deep stretches held for longer periods to target connective tissues while instructor leads you through a guided meditation to promote calm, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Please have your mat and any props you would like for your comfort and nervous system regulation, such as blankets, rolled up blankets, blocks, weighted bags, and eye pillows.
