Quick note on what this space is, and isn't. This isn't a place to compare symptoms or confirm that what you're dealing with is unfixable. It's a place to do the work of changing it.
Here's the short version of what HND means: a lot of what people get stuck with, tight muscles, pain that won't quit, sleep that won't settle, movement they're afraid to do, isn't permanent damage. It's a pattern your nervous system learned and is still running, even after the original cause is gone. I know that because I lived it after a car accident left me structurally stable and still in real pain for a year and a half. I retrained the pattern. It changed.
