Discharged as Healed. Still in Pain. Here's Why.
This is the story I built HNDC around. Patient does everything right. Months of treatment. Clean scan at the end. Discharged as healed. And still can't function. Because the structure healed — but the nervous system didn't get the memo. Those are two different recoveries. And almost nobody in medicine addresses both.
