When life cuts so deep, you end up with scars. Do you have any scars? A Scar is a reminder of the past that does not hurt anymore. Scar - a Mark of the past that has no pain. It's ok to have scars as long as there is no pain.
So...Who do you need to forgive that has left a scar on your life? Does it still cause pain? What are you doing to help your scar heal and remove the pain that is associated with that memory?
