Designing the Community: Uplifting & Solution-Focused
1. Groups Within the Community: Structure the community around "Solution Hubs" or "Ministry Support Groups." This focuses on the answer, which is Christ and His people.
- Ministry Leaders Forum: A private space for pastors and ministry leaders to discuss leadership challenges, sermon ideas, and administrative issues.
- The Well (Prayer & Encouragement): A dedicated space for members to share prayer requests and offer spiritual encouragement.
- Mission in Action: Shelter the Homeless: Best practices, resource sharing, partnership opportunities.
