When you feel depleted
When you feel entirely depleted, it is incredibly easy to mistake a temporary loss of energy for a permanent loss of strength.
In Buddhist philosophy, there is a powerful symbol known as the Vajra, often translated as a diamond or a thunderbolt. It represents the indestructible, luminous nature of your deepest mind. No matter how much confusion, hardship, or emotional exhaustion is piled on top of it, that diamond-like core remains completely untouched and unbreakable. The heavy circumstances you are currently facing might be temporarily clouding your vision, but they absolutely cannot destroy the fundamental strength that lives at your center.
True bravery is not about feeling fearless or energetic every single day. It is the quiet, fierce decision to keep moving forward even when you feel empty, trusting that this indestructible reserve is still intact. Do not mistake a difficult chapter for the end of your story. Anchor yourself in your own unbreakable nature, face the current storm with steadfast courage, and refuse to give up on the profound beauty that is still waiting for you.
