The video talk about detox from a certain habit in order to raise your vibration.
The issue of screens always was painful to me. Since I was a child, I fell I would be much more fulfilled without this habit. 30 years later and screens take up a lot of my precious time.
It just easier especially in hard times.
Has anyone successfully detoxed from excessive screen time, particularly the endless scrolling? What strategies worked for you?
