Release, what hurts you
This is how many people live with pain. Not healing, but replaying. Not recovering, but questioning. Not moving forward, but staying stuck in “why me.”
In Buddhism, suffering deepens when the mind resists reality. The first wound is what happened. The second wound is the story you keep telling yourself about it.
Healing begins the moment you stop chasing the cause and start caring for yourself.
You don’t need every answer to move on. You need awareness, acceptance, and the courage to let go.
Focus on healing, not proving. Focus on growth, not blame.
Because peace doesn’t come from understanding everything. It comes from releasing what keeps hurting you.
