Does anyone else ever feel overwhelmed trying to balance everything… like work, goals, life AND remembering to take care of yourself?
Occasionally I catch myself being so focused on getting things done that I forget to check in with myself mentally and emotionally. It’s like I’m productive… but drained at the same time.
I've been learning more about the psychological importance of self-care, but consistently implementing it is a completely different challenge.
Can anyone relate to this feeling?
