Your mind can be your greatest ally or your biggest enemy. Observe your thoughts, don’t believe every one of them. What you feed grows.
3. Master your emotions.
Feel everything, but don’t let emotions control your actions. Emotions are temporary—your decisions are lasting.
4. Master detachment.
Not everything deserves your energy. Let go of what you can’t control. Attachment creates suffering—detachment creates freedom.
5. Master discipline.
Do what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it. Discipline builds strength, confidence, and a life that doesn’t depend on mood.
6. Master inner peace.
Protect your peace like your life depends on it—because it does. The calmer you become, the less the outside world can disturb you.
