Each Monday, I pull an Animal Totem card to guide our collective energy.
This week, Grizzly Bear arrived.

The message:

Love and gentleness are my real strengths.
I never give up.
I will succeed.
As business owners, it's easy to feel like we're constantly pushing uphill. Like the effort never stops. Like everything has to stay steady, productive, and forward all the time.
The Grizzly Bear reminds us we're not meant to force survival.
Bears follow the rhythm of nature.
They hibernate in winter, rest, restore, and rejuvenate.
Then all summer long, they forage and build strength for what's ahead.
This applies to your business.
You're operating within the universal law of rhythm.
There will be seasons of deep work and seasons of rest. Ebb and flow.
Expansion and integration.
Grizzly Bear asks you to stop fighting the rhythm and start honoring it.
