Work on your career while your career is happening. This is not a course.
Bring what's happening now: invisible work, a stalled promotion, a reorg, a difficult manager, a new leadership role, or a high-stakes conversation.
Your 1st win: a clear read on the real decision, who shapes it, and what's in the way.
Then we'll build and rehearse your next move, you'll try it at work, and we'll adjust from what happens. Between calls, bring questions and updates to the community.

Ed is an extremely knowledgeable and supportive mentor. I’ve only been in this community for a short time and learned so much about networking, visibility, and communication skills from his years of experience at Microsoft as well as his natural aptitude for connecting with people at an individual level. Truly grateful that he offers this community, as well as his on goin support to all of his members. you can contact and speak with him directly about anything, at any time.

I am a deeply emotional and motivated person at work. My biggest lesson here was learning not to assume intentions, priorities or my own limitations. I’ve learned to set boundaries, present my case in my own best interest, read the workplace environment, understand political skills, and know who to approach and when. Most importantly, Ed helped me recognise my strengths and weaknesses, gain clarity on a job/business I want , and see the value in the positive experiences I’ve had in my career.

Great level of access, and highly thoughtful members. Supercharge awareness of the softer side of what enables navigating the messier side of making progress regardless of the "cards you are dealt." An invitation to codevelopment the community to make it resonate and supportive for members.

High Performers Academy is where I found the career support I had been looking for. You can get advice online or from managers, but being part of a community led by world-class coaches is different. Ed doesn't just say "good luck" or "be patient." He provides practical tools and clear guidance that help you understand your situation and take action. Joining this community has been one of the best investments I've made in my career growth.
