I hate my Ego
There is a saying that the Ego is a great servant but a horrible master.
I want to get into it. Let's chat why or why not. Here is a hint for you; we could be presented with the best opportunity, at the best time etc. and our Ego might make us not act on it!
Why? It's there to keep us comfortable, even if our current reality is horrible and dysfunctional. The Ego hates change because it's a threat.
