In olden times the new Taichi student could spend hours just standing (postural alignment) before anything else! If you truly want to learn TaiChi, fundamentals are key. Posture, movement, rotation, and relaxation. Without them, you after just moving. #Taiji #Taichi #taichiquan #hiddendragontaichi
